1. Free-to-Use Tool
The CSVLink tool itself is completely free to use. You can design, customize, and experiment with templates without any cost.
2. Paid Templates
When you decide to purchase a template, you are paying for access to a specific digital product. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not accept refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the purchase is completed.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Custom template designs, bulk generation services, or any personalized work are also non-refundable once delivered.
4. Support
